Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting. You will build trust, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns while maintaining accurate records.

The role offers flexible, location-based opportunities with daytime hours on Monday to Friday, requiring a minimum of three days per week and a valid UK driving licence to support learners across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Experience with ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions to individual learners.
• Build positive, consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
