Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver tailored 1:1 support to young people with SEN/SEMH in community settings. You will build trust, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and regional teams to help learners re-engage with education.

This role requires flexibility across locations, a minimum of three days per week, a valid UK driving licence, and a commitment to safeguarding and DBS checks as part of safer recruitment in education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
