Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is recruiting compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 learning support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings.

This role is community-based with no fixed classroom, requiring a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. You will work at least three days per week, delivering tailored sessions, building trusted relationships, and ensuring safeguarding and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions to young people.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with learners.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
