Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting. This role operates beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusted relationships, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience with SEMH.
• This role is seeking specifically a female practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
