Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting.

You will build trusted relationships, tailor intervention sessions, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and regional teams to re-engage students with education and foster safe, engaging learning experiences.
