Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised one-to-one support for young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This community-based role focuses on safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusted relationships, monitor progress, and coordinate with families and professionals while adhering to safeguarding and DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
