Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in a community-based setting. The role emphasizes safe, engaging learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

You will build trusted relationships, monitor progress, report safeguarding concerns, and collaborate with families, professionals and regional teams to support each learner's development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people or vulnerable individuals is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to at least three days per week for consistency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored 1:1 support to young people with SEN/SEMH or additional needs.
• Build positive, consistent relationships with learners and families.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with families, professionals and regional teams.
