YMCA DownsLink Group in Horsham is seeking a Supported Housing Support Worker to join the Horsham Y team. You will hold a caseload of residents and meet weekly to build a personalised support plan, focusing on housing, budgeting, life skills and wellbeing.

The role involves safeguarding for young people, using trauma-informed practice and working on tenancy sustainment, arrears management, and signposting to local services.

Competenze

• Experience in housing or supported accommodation, ideally with young people.
• Understanding of occupancy agreements, rent management, welfare benefits and tenancy sustainment.
• Ability to manage arrears and non-compliance using restorative approaches.
