Job summary

A2Dominion is seeking a dedicated Support Officer to join our supported housing services in Newbury. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to customers living in supported accommodation, helping them sustain tenancies, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes.

You will work with young adults aged 18 to 35, assisting with budgeting, tenancy management, cooking and daily living skills, and supporting access to education, training or employment opportunities to promote

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people to achieve independence and wellbeing.
• Understanding of tenancy support and life skills development.
• Experience with diverse client groups and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred housing support to residents aged 18–35.
• Help tenants sustain tenancies, manage budgeting, cooking and daily living skills.
• Support education, training and employment opportunities and promote independence.
• Build relationships with partner agencies and community stakeholders.
