Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Youth Employability Activity Coordinator to design and deliver engaging programmes for 18-24 year-olds, helping them progress into employment, education or training. The role involves creating workshops, activities, and projects that build employability, confidence and resilience in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth work, employability, education, careers guidance, community development, coaching, sports development, creative arts, training or support services.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, employability-focused activities for young people aged 18-24.
• Develop a rolling programme of workshops, projects and group activities aligned to progression plans.
• Deliver sessions on employability skills, confidence, teamwork, communication, digital skills and workplace readiness.
• Coordinate partnerships with community organisations, employers and education providers.
• Promote safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing and support learners to identify transferable skills.
