Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Activity Coordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for 18–24 year-olds across Buckinghamshire, South Midlands, Leicester and Rutland. You will create session plans, ensure inclusivity and adapt delivery for diverse needs, while coordinating partner venues and resources.

You will also help participants develop employability skills, present their achievements in CVs and prepare for interviews, with safeguarding at the core of practice.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, coordinating and delivering engaging group activities for young people aged 18–24.
• Ability to adapt delivery for diverse needs and communication styles.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and confidential information handling.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and maintain a rolling programme of activities aligned with participant needs and outcomes.
• Deliver welcoming, energetic sessions using sport, arts, tech, gaming, VR and community projects.
• Prepare session plans, objectives and resources with contingency arrangements.
• Coordinate partner delivery, venues, accessibility, risk information and attendance.
• Support participants to develop transferable skills for CVs and employer talks.
• Work with Mentors to reflect learning in action plans and next steps.
