Heath Farm College in Maidstone is seeking a Youth Coach to support students’ behaviour, wellbeing and engagement. You will work with teaching staff, wellbeing and pastoral teams to help learners regulate emotions, re-engage with learning and develop positive behaviours, both on campus and off-site.
The role involves delivering 1:1 and small-group sessions, implementing behaviour plans, coordinating with families and external professionals, and maintaining accurate records.
As a Youth Coach at Heath Farm College, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students' behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement. Working closely with teaching staff, the wellbeing team, and pastoral leads, you will help young people regulate, re-engage with learning, and develop positive behaviours. Your work will include both in-school and off-site support, delivering tailored interventions and helping students access bespoke timetables, off-site learning, and personal development opportunities. Lone working may be required as part of this role.
Heath Farm College is situated in Maidstone and has capacity to support up to 58 students. The provision facilitates a professional post 16 provision for students with EHCPs who are not ready for a large FE college or large school/academy 6th Form provision. At Outcomes First Schools, we provide specialist education for learners who need a deeper level of understanding, expertise and support than mainstream education can typically offer. We support students with a wide range of complex, co‑occurring and neurodivergent needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and communication needs, dyslexia and experiences of trauma or adversity.
