Outcomes First Group's Hillingdon Manor School is seeking a compassionate Pastoral Key Worker to support autistic students aged 11–19. You will promote wellbeing, help remove barriers to learning and act as a trusted link between home and school.
In this role you’ll build strong relationships with students and families, deliver targeted interventions and collaborate with school staff and external professionals to ensure attendance, safety and personal development in a supportive environment.
We are looking for a compassionate, proactive and dedicated Pastoral Key Worker to join our team at Hillingdon Manor School. Working closely with students, families, school staff and external professionals, you will build strong, positive relationships that support attendance, emotional wellbeing, behaviour and personal development. You will act as a key link between home and school, delivering targeted interventions, supporting vulnerable students through periods of challenge and ensuring every student feels safe, supported and valued.

Hillingdon Manor School is an independent specialist school for autistic students aged 11 to 19, with a capacity of 170 students across two sites in Hillingdon. We provide a personalised, autism-specific education through small class sizes, tailored learning pathways and a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
