Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Career Coach in Ipswich to help participants progress into sustainable employment. The role involves registration, progression, lead generation, and delivery across fixed locations and community venues.

The team operates in a target-driven environment with coaching, CV support, interview preparation, and access to participant funding. A generous benefits package accompanies a pro-rata part-time option.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environment.
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
• Minimum of 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at a minimum of Grade B or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Job Centre Plus and partners.
• Conduct introductory calls to promote programmes.
• Lead Initial Assessments and explore participant needs.
• Develop participants' job goals and progression.
• Support with CVs, interview techniques, and job search.
