Reed in Partnership is seeking a Careers Coach to support young people and other participants across Norfolk. This office-based role includes travel to multiple locations while following a structured rota and occasional employer visits.

You will provide guidance, CV support, interview coaching and help participants access local education or training opportunities. Essential Attainments include customer-facing experience, ability to travel locally, and a minimum of 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma

Qualificações

• Experience in customer-facing environments and meeting targets.
• Ability to travel locally and attend employer events.
• GCSE English Language at minimum grade B or equivalent.
• 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Identify participants' skills and suitable training or opportunities.
• Assist with CV writing, job-searching and interview skills.
• Conduct outreach at community organisations and events.
• Facilitate group training courses and workshops as needed.
• Engage with employers and referral partners to source placements.
