Job summary

Reed in Partnership in the UK is hiring a Progression Coach to support participants through attraction, registration and progression onto placements. The role combines individual coaching, action planning and health & wellbeing support to help up to 25 participants, with activity in Reed locations, co-location sites and community venues.

The post is office-based with travel across Norfolk & Suffolk; full-time (pro rata for part-time options discussed with the talent partner).

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and guide individuals to set and achieve goals.
• Willingness to travel locally across the region.

Responsibilities

• Attracts and enrolls Participants into the programme.
• Delivers diagnosis, coaching and action planning to support progression.
• Supports Participants with holistic in-work and other barriers.
