Reed in Partnership is hiring a Careers Coach to support the Youth Jobs Guarantee programme across Cambridge and Peterborough. The role focuses on diagnosing participant needs, coaching and connecting individuals with training, education and local job opportunities.

You will engage with referral partners and employers, delivering outreach and workshops. The position offers a structured rota, travel between locations, and benefits including generous leave and development opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to work toward performance targets.
• Willingness to travel locally and access to own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Identify each participant's skills and suitable training, placements or volunteering opportunities.
• Provide CV help, job-searching and interview coaching support.
• Conduct outreach via community organisations and events to generate referrals.
• Facilitate group training courses and workshops.
• Engage with employers, training providers and partners to source opportunities.
