Codi Group is seeking a full-time Scheme Support Officer for our Young Persons Supported Accommodation scheme in Pontypridd. You will work within The Grange to support young people aged 16–25 experiencing homelessness, helping them engage in activities and training to develop tenancy skills and independent living.

• Engaging and interacting with the people we support
• Planning and delivering workshops relating to tenancy management, health, and wellbeing
• Supporting the young people as directed by the Project Worker according to the support plan specifically tailored to each individual
• Welfare checks/flat checks
• Ensuring the building is secure including health & safety checks and maintaining an awareness of who is in the building
• Reception duties as and when required, Preparation of flats ensuring that they are clean, fully equipped and ready for new clients to move into

A full-time Scheme Support Officer in a Young persons Supported Accommodation scheme in Pontypridd.

This is a Scheme Support Officer role based in our Supported accommodation service, The Grange, Pontypridd. We have a team of Scheme Support officers, and Project Workers providing 24/7 Support to our young people who are experience homelessness.

The Grange provides short term, temporary, emergency accommodation to young, homeless people aged 16 to 25. Working as a team you will give opportunity for the young people to engage in activities and training which will allow them to develop the necessary skills to manage a tenancy and to live independently.

Day to day duties
