Job summary

Codi Group is seeking a dedicated Scheme Support Officer in Pontypridd to work within a 24/7 supported accommodation scheme for young people aged 16-25. This full-time role involves shift patterns including days, evenings, weekends and nights, within The Grange service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated desire to support people to live independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with young people in supported accommodation.
• Plan and deliver tenancy management and wellbeing workshops.
• Support individuals per their tailored support plan.
• Help ensure building safety, security, and health checks.
