Job summary

TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover our Yorkshire Region, including pockets of Lincolnshire. You will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and generate new business across the area.

You will travel to customer sites, visit branches, and work with the team to meet targets. A hybrid or electric company car and fuel card support your field activities.

Qualifications

• Proven field-based sales experience in a similar industry.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement regional sales strategies and objectives in line with company objectives.
• Develop and manage existing accounts while generating new business.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to follow up on leads and share market insight.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reporting through CRM systems.
