Job summary

TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover our Yorkshire Region, including pockets of Lincolnshire. You will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and generate new business across the area.

You will travel to customer sites, visit branches, and work with the team to meet targets. A hybrid or electric company car and fuel card support your field activities.

Qualifications

• Proven field-based sales experience in a similar industry.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

We are currently looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover our Yorkshire Region including pockets of Lincolnshire.

As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible to driving sales growth within your region, building strong relationships to

generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and implement regional sales strategies and objectives in line with company objectives
• Develop and manage existing account whilst generating new business
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to follow up on leads and share market insight
• Provide accurate and timely sales reporting through CRM systems
• Proven experience in a similar field-based sales role
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential

No two days are the same, but your role will normally consist of representing your very own area within the UK and travelling to

your own set of customers and stakeholders to market and sell our amazing products! You will carry a sample book to provide a true

representation of our choices and help current and prospective customers pick their favourite! You will frequently visit the base

Branch for that area (normally the nearest city), to pick up more samples, check in with your team, and attend any booked

meetings. To support you on your travels, we will provide a hybrid or electric company car, along with a fuel card.
