Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLP is seeking a Year Out Project Manager in London to join the Accelerate Programme. You will support project teams, manage documentation, attend site meetings and help drive projects from inception to completion while working toward Chartered membership of RICS.

Qualifications

• Good A-Level grades, or an equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team in the preparation of project schedules and contract documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
• Attending site meetings, including design team meetings and contractor progress meetings, depending on the project stage.
• Providing administrative support to Project Managers to enable the efficient and accurate delivery of project activities.
• Developing an understanding of client requirements and contributing to the delivery of client-focused solutions.
• Taking minutes and recording key actions during project meetings.
• Supporting the preparation of performance reports, ranking reports and weekly progress updates.
• Assisting with the collection, development and analysis of project data to support effective decision-making and goal setting.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of action plans to support effective time, resource and process management.
• Working closely with Project Managers to support the achievement of project objectives.
• Liaising with project leads and other Project Managers to help maintain project programmes and overall project effectiveness.
• Reviewing project progress and gathering data relating to project delivery and execution.
• Coordinating with Project Managers and project leads throughout and following project execution.
