Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald invites applications for a Graduate Assistant Project Manager in Newcastle. You will support project teams, assist with programmes, and work toward Chartered membership of RICS over 2–2.5 years within a structured Accelerate Programme.

You will gain experience across a range of projects, with mentoring and formal training to develop technical, commercial and leadership skills, whilst building client relationships and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Achieved or expected to achieve a 2:1 degree or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and continually develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of project programmes and monitor deadlines.
• Record minutes and actions from project meetings and support data analysis.
• Provide updates to clients on project progress and maintain communication.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Assist with contract documentation preparation and administration.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as required.
