Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLP in Manchester is seeking a Graduate Assistant Project Manager to support project teams, coordinate programmes and assist with client communications. You will work toward Chartered membership of RICS or APM while gaining hands-on experience across projects.

You will join the Accelerate Programme, gaining mentoring, accredited training and practical exposure to lead project teams and deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Achieved or expected to achieve a 2:1 degree or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project programmes and track deadlines.
• Record minutes and actions from project meetings.
• Provide updates to clients on project progress and requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Assist with contract documentation preparation and administration.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as needed.
• Support Project Managers to deliver objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare performance and progress reports for projects.
• Analyze project data to inform decisions and actions.
• Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
