Enrich Education Recruitment is assisting a welcoming primary school in Tottenham to find a confident Year 3 Class Teacher. The role is full-time and long-term, starting January 2027, with a strong focus on delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high expectations within a KS2 setting.

The successful candidate will plan, differentiate and assess progress while supporting pupils with SEN and collaborating closely with Teaching Assistants, staff and families.

Enrich Education Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Tottenham looking for a confident and committed Year 3 Teacher to join its team from January.

The school is looking for a teacher who can take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations and creating a positive classroom environment where pupils are encouraged to become increasingly confident and independent learners.

This is a great opportunity for a teacher who enjoys Lower Key Stage 2 and understands the important transition pupils make from KS1 into the expectations and routines of KS2.

The Role

About You

QTS is essential for this position.

• Has experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Has a good understanding of the KS2 curriculum
• Is confident with classroom and behaviour management
• Can plan and differentiate effectively across a mixed-ability class
• Has strong expectations for pupil progress
• Is organised, reliable and reflective in their practice
• Works well as part of a year-group and wider school team
• Creates a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment

Previous Year 3 or Lower KS2 experience would be particularly valuable, although teachers with strong experience in another primary year group are also encouraged to apply.
