Job summary

Vision Teaching is recruiting an experienced Year 3 Teacher for a two-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Redbridge, Woodford Green. This full-time role runs from 5th October to July 2027, with a potential permanent position from September 2027. ECTs are not being considered.

You will join a school committed to a rich, broad curriculum and strong family partnerships. The ideal candidate holds QTS, with proven Year 3 experience and excellent behaviour management within UK

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage behaviour effectively in a primary setting.
• Solid understanding of the National Curriculum and its progression.
• Experience teaching Year 3 and working with primary pupils.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively as part of a Year 3 teaching team.
• Raise standards for all pupils, including underachieving pupils.
• Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning and high standards.
• Observe and assess children’s progress and provide feedback.
• Contribute to wider school initiatives as a Year 3 teacher.
• Fulfill all responsibilities of a Year 3 teacher.

They are looking for a full-time Year 3 teacher to join them from 5th October until July 2027. There is a potential opportunity for a permanent position for September 2027.
