CER Education Recruitment is sourcing a Year 2 Teacher for a large primary school in the Darlington area, starting Oct/Nov 2026. The role is full-time and initially runs until the Christmas break, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Experienced practitioners and Newly-Qualified Teacher (ECT) candidates are welcome. The school requires Year 2/KS1 experience, UK school experience, engaging lessons, and a recognised UK teaching qualification.

CER are working exclusively with a large primary school in the Darlington area that require a Primary Teacher for their Year 2 Provision, starting in October / November 2026. The role is full-time and will run until the Christmas break in the first instance, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The school are open to applications from experienced practitioners, as well as Newly-Qualified Teacher - Early Careers Teacher (ECT's). To be considered for the position of Year 2 Teacher you must:

• Have experience teaching Year 2 or KS1
• Have experience working in UK schools
• Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons
• Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification
