Tradewind is working in partnership with a vibrant, forward‑thinking primary school in Merton to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Year 2 Teacher. This full‑time post begins in the new term and is suited to a QTS‑qualified teacher who is confident in delivering strong, well‑structured lessons and bringing out the best in every pupil.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering engaging, well‑sequenced KS1 lessons
  • Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, progress and presentation
  • Assessing and tracking pupil attainment, using data to inform teaching
  • Working closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure all pupils thrive
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school
Qualifications
  • Hold QTS and have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
  • Provide a full CV with complete employment history
  • Hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
