Plymouth City Council is seeking a part-time Workspace Support Assistant for three days a week to cover The Business Centre in Cattedown and City Business Park in Stoke. The role includes front desk reception, tenant liaison, applications, tenancy paperwork, site inductions and invoicing, with database upkeep.
The position is on-site (no home-working) for 12 months, 22.2 hours weekly, with a pro rata salary of £27,709 per year.

Plymouth City Council runs two commercial business centres in the city, The Business Centre in Cattedown and City Business Park in Stoke, which together support over 100 small businesses.
We are looking for a bright, adaptable and enthusiastic part-time Workspace Support Assistant for three days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays), over a 12-month period. They will be responsible for day-to-day administration and reception duties, as well as providing support to our tenants and management team.
The role will primarily be based at The Business Centre in Cattedown, although they will also be required to work at City Business Park in Stoke.
As we provide a frontline service, there is no opportunity for home-working.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility and a good team working spirit. We need someone who has extensive experience of working in a frontline role, dealing with members of the public in a confident and friendly manner, and delivering a high level of customer care whilst being extremely confident with IT, including financial systems.
It is imperative that the successful candidate is competent and able to work without direct supervision on a daily basis, has experience of multi-tasking due to the varied nature of the role, and can demonstrate their accuracy and attention to detail in previous job roles.
