Workspace Supervisor Job Description

As a Workspace Supervisor, you will serve as a crucial link between our client and ISS, possessing comprehensive knowledge of all Soft Service activities within the estate. Your role involves monitoring and coordinating activities to guarantee service excellence across the board.

Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as you'll interact with individuals from both the client and ISS at various levels. Your ability to inspire and motivate your team will be key to delivering the highest level of service consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a professional image at all times, ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy and ready for business.
  2. Ensure the cleaning team responds to requests as required, working closely with the Cleaning Manager to maintain standards.
  3. Deliver training, motivation, discipline, safety, and welfare for staff, and assist other managers as needed.
  4. Support and coordinate all soft services within the area to support readiness for business with minimal impact to staff.
  5. Ensure KPI requirements are met.
  6. Promote and manage excellent relationships with clients, building occupants, and contractors.
  7. Meet objectives set by management and departments.
  8. Follow ISS processes and guidelines to ensure procedures are adhered to.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in a customer service environment.
  2. Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
  3. Ability to make decisions without higher management referral.
  4. Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  5. Customer-focused with a positive “Can Do” attitude.
  6. Strong organizational and planning skills.
