Revenues Team Leader (Remote, Inside IR35)

Are you a Revenues Team Leader seeking remote work? Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client is looking to recruit a Revenues Team Leader to support a busy council tax team during a peak period.

This role is classified as inside IR35 and offers full-time home working.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Revenues Manager in managing the council tax team, including billing and collection of Council Tax.
2. Handle customer accounts, queries, and complaints via written correspondence and phone calls.
3. Manage team performance in accordance with legislation and KPIs.
4. Plan, prioritize, and manage staff resources effectively.
5. Collaborate with the Revenues Manager to implement procedures ensuring effective collection.
6. Respond to enquiries by phone, face-to-face, and written correspondence regarding Council Tax.
7. Provide training and development for team members.
