International law firm at the forefront of legal innovation is seeking to hire a fully remote evening shift Document Production Supervisor to provide accurate, professional, and efficient document production services to partners and fee earners in their London office.

• Fully Remote
• Monday-Friday (Evenings), 5pm-1am

This full-time, fully remote, evening shift role will communicate effectively with the Document Production Specialists for handover / collaboration purposes and will take an active interest in the workload requirements of each area of the firm to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

• Monitor all work through BigHand Now and ensure all tasks are added to BigHand through either a fee earner
• Work closely with the Evening Document Production Specialists to ensure absence, timekeeping, and resourcing levels are managed effectively
• Transcribe, create, rebrand, format, and amend emails, correspondence, attendance and meeting notes, documents, reports, billing narratives and mail merges
• Produce and amend PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges, Excel spreadsheets and graphs
• Create marketing documentation such as team sheets, seminar slides and pitch documents
• Ensure documents are formatted in the Firm’s branding and house style
• Previous evening shift document production experience gained within a law firm environment
• Previous supervisory experience in a document production role would be advantageous
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, DocXtools, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience of using BigHand
• Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
• Ability to clean document formatting and reformat in the Firm’s house style
