Job summary

Global is seeking a proactive Workspace Experience Lead based in Manchester to oversee premises, front-of-house operations and meeting room standards, with regular travel to the Manchester Warehouse and monthly travel to London to support the wider workspace team.

You will act as the first point of contact for workspace queries, coordinate with vendors and external suppliers, cover the reception desk, and help organise internal events from planning to completion.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in writing and speaking.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel desired.
• Proactive mindset with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for premises and workspace queries, resolving issues per SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage reception and on-site events across sites.
• Support space planning, moves, floor plans and on-site branding tasks.
