Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in facilities or workplace management across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, procurement, and vendor performance.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, building regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Owns Workplace Services across Manchester offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day facilities operations.
• Leads a team of 11, sets expectations, drives performance and service standards.
• Manages budgets, procurement, SLAs, KPIs, and supports space planning and workplace strategy.
