Job summary

You will manage day-to-day workplace services, support health & safety compliance, and build strong relationships with client stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workplace and facilities support services in line with agreed service standards and client expectations.
• Act as the first point of contact for workplace enquiries, managing helpdesk requests and coordinating service providers.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections covering health & safety, security, maintenance, cleaning, and office presentation.
• Maintain compliance records, support inductions, manage access cards and workplace administration, and assist with office moves and business continuity requirements.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure high service delivery.
• Utilise Microsoft Office applications and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
