Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a highly engaging Workplace Experience Manager in London to lead a hospitality-led workplace experience within our global headquarters. You will oversee reception, guest services and related support functions, delivering a seamless, professional environment for employees and visitors.

With 5-10 years in hotels, hospitality or premium workplace services, you will create a welcoming culture, build strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with teams in hospitality or premium workplace services.
• Exceptional customer service mindset and guest handling.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across reception, facilities and support functions.
• Experience building SOPs, KPIs and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional workplace services team to deliver hospitality-led experiences.
• Set and maintain high service standards for employees, visitors and executives.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, clients and partners.
• Oversee day-to-day reception, switchboard, mailroom, guest services and helpdesk.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, SLAs and operational efficiencies.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and proactive problem solving.
