Job summary

Sodexo is advertising for Head of Workplace Experience at a prestigious global HQ in London, overseeing reception, guest services, catering, events and post room. You will lead diverse teams, shape strategy, and partner with C-suite executives to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.

This high-profile role focuses on embedding service excellence, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with contractual KPIs while managing budgets and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a senior workplace, facilities or hospitality leadership role.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary Workplace Experience team.
• Background in a premium corporate environment (HQ, FMCG, banking or tech).
• Experience delivering services to C-suite executives and VIP visitors.
• Strong client and stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
• Track record of improving employee or customer experience through innovation.
• Strong budget, contract management and supplier oversight.
• Hospitality-led approach to workplace and service delivery.
• Experience delivering employee engagement and workplace programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Workplace Experience teams to deliver an outstanding experience.
• Develop and execute a Workplace Experience strategy aligned to engagement and culture.
• Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders on service innovation and excellence.
• Foster a hospitality-led culture across all workplace touchpoints.
• Drive evolution of services using feedback, data and best practices.
• Lead change programmes, site development plans and experience initiatives.
• Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs and customer experience standards are met.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Manage suppliers and budgets, identifying efficiencies and value opportunities.
• Champion health, safety, wellbeing and compliance.
