Workshop Manager

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (no weekends!)

Workshop Manager required for an automotive family-run, independent service centre in the Horsham area.

Our client is seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee their busy site. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a busy automotive workshop.

Key responsibilities:

1. Allocating work to technicians within the workshop
2. Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard
3. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
4. Supervising the team of vehicle technicians
5. Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and the workshop is a safe environment
6. Looking after the repair centre site

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or Site Manager
• Strong leadership skills
• A full UK driving licence
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workshop
