Salary: £42,000 basic + Bonus + Company Car/Allowance

As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises. Your goal is to ensure their vehicles are returned safely and promptly. You will oversee daily workshop performance, develop a results-focused team of Vehicle Technicians and workshop staff, uphold high technical and quality standards, drive innovation to minimize vehicle downtime, and uphold our service commitments to customers.

About you

• You are a technical expert with a solid automotive workshop management background, valued for your technical knowledge, input, and guidance.
• You have a practical business approach, understanding what makes a workshop efficient and how to maximize results.
• You are a people person who cares about your team and recognizes that tailored management approaches are often most effective.
• You are a natural coach, passionate about sharing knowledge and seeing colleagues succeed.
• You have a passion for customer service and know how to address issues effectively.
