As a Workshop Manager, you will support our customers in delivering on their business promises by ensuring their vehicles are returned safely and promptly. You will be responsible for the workshop's day-to-day performance, developing a results-driven team that meets high technical and quality standards, driving innovation to minimize vehicle downtime, and delivering excellent service to our customers.

• You are a technical expert with a solid background in automotive workshop management, valued by your team for your technical knowledge and guidance.
• You have a practical business approach, understanding what makes a workshop successful and how to maximize efficiencies and opportunities.
• You are a people person who cares about your team and recognizes that personalized management fosters high performance.
• You are a natural coach, passionate about mentoring and sharing your knowledge.
• You have a strong customer service focus and know how to resolve issues effectively.
