Job summary

Hendy Group in Southampton is seeking a Workshop Controller to lead the busy Service department at Hendy Kia Mazda and Honda. You will ensure servicing and repairs are completed to the highest right-first-time standards while optimising workshop efficiency.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will maximise productivity, mentor the workshop team and maintain excellent communication with customers. A full driving licence is required and a structured induction programme is offered.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge gained through prior experience as a Senior Technician or Workshop Controller.
• Computer literacy with numerical ability.
• Strong leadership to motivate and drive the workshop team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A full driving licence is required.
