Perrys Motor Sales Ltd in Mansfield is seeking a Workshop Controller to support the Service Department. You will be the main point of contact for technicians and help improve workshop profitability while delivering an excellent customer experience.

No prior motor industry experience is required, as full training will be provided. A full UK driving licence, good communication, numeracy, and a willingness to work Saturdays are essential to join our People First team.

• Care passionately and commit to doing the right thing for our customers, treating them fairly.
• You will have a full UK Driving licence.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as part of a rota.

Responsibilities

• As a Perrys Workshop Controller, you can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the Service Department including a focus on quality and output in the workshop.
• Be the key point of contact for technicians within the aftersales function, providing them with support and guidance and improving profitability and customer experience.
