Job summary

Perrys Motor Sales Ltd is seeking a Bodyshop Workshop Controller to lead and support technicians in the Accident Repair Centre, ensuring high quality output and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a passion for helping customers, strong communication, and a full UK driving licence. Full training and development support will be provided to help you succeed in a busy dealership environment.

• Highly numerate and well organised.
• Care passionately and commit to doing the right thing for our customers, treating them fairly.
• You will have a full UK Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• A Perrys Bodyshop Workshop Controller will be the key point of contact for technicians within the aftersales function, providing support and guidance and improving the profitability of the department.
• Experience in Accident Repair operations is desirable.
• Full training and development support will be provided to ensure you gain the skills necessary to be successful.
• As a Perrys Bodyshop Workshop Controller, you will cover a wide range of tasks to support the Accident Repair Centre including a focus on quality and output in the workshop.
