Perrys Motor Sales Ltd in Mansfield is seeking a Workshop Controller to support the Service Department. You will be the main point of contact for technicians and help improve workshop profitability while delivering an excellent customer experience.
No prior motor industry experience is required, as full training will be provided. A full UK driving licence, good communication, numeracy, and a willingness to work Saturdays are essential to join our People First team.

Joining us as a Workshop Controller means you will be the key point of contact for our technicians within the aftersales function, providing them with support and guidance and improving the profitability of the department. We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from a workshop background or has a passion for supporting customers. Experience in the motor industry is not necessary. Full training and development support will be provided to ensure that you will gain the skills necessary to be successful. A positive attitude and desire to help our customers are the most important skills you will need.
As a Perrys Workshop Controller, you can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the Service Department including a focus on quality and output in the workshop.
