Stratstone, Ascot McLaren & Lotus, is recruiting for a Workshop Controller to oversee technician time, job card compliance, and workshop efficiency. You will allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and identify training needs to ensure excellent customer service in a busy automotive service environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Confident with dealing with people at all levels, able to build rapport.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Account for and manage Technicians' time when on jobs.
• Ensure Job Card write up compliance with OEM Warranty Procedures.
• Manage and improve workshop productivity and efficiency by allocating correct jobs to skilled technicians.
• Identify Technician training needs.
