Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller for a busy dealership in Dagenham to take ownership of workshop operations, maximise productivity and ensure high workmanship standards while supporting technicians.

The ideal candidate will have prior workshop control or supervisory experience in the motor trade, with strong leadership, excellent diagnostic knowledge and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop.

• Motivating the workshop team to meet performance targets.
• Maintaining high quality, health and safety, and manufacturer standards.
• Liaising with Service to update customers on repair progress.
• Assisting with technical queries and customer satisfaction.
