• Lead a team of workshop staff, set daily/weekly targets to meet repair deadlines
• Run morning toolbox meetings and coordinate with parts department
• Maintain health and safety compliance at all times
• Drive productivity to meet monthly targets
• Liaise with external clients (dealerships and ARC) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Use basic IT systems and spreadsheets to track units, workflow, and productivity
