The successful candidate will oversee operations, allocate jobs, manage parts, and drive high standards of service delivery in a reputable dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a motor trade workshop.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to organise and motivate a team effectively.
• Professional approach with excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday during standard hours.
• Experience as a Senior Service Advisor or diagnostic technician is advantageous for applicants aiming to step into a Workshop Controller position.

We are seeking a highly experienced Workshop Controller to join a reputable main dealer in Barnstaple, overseeing a busy service operation. This is an excellent Workshop Controller opportunity for a skilled motor trade professional looking to advance into a management role that emphasises leadership, coordination, and operational excellence. The successful Workshop Controller will play a vital part in maintaining high standards within the workshop and ensuring efficient service delivery.

• - Competitive salary of up to £35,000, with OTE of up to £40,000 based on performance.
• - Monday to Friday working hours, approximately 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• - Opportunity to lead a team across a sizeable workshop within a well-established dealership.
