• Support technicians with technical issues and diagnostics.
• Liaise with the Service/Workshop Manager to optimise workshop performance.
• Implement health and safety policies and ensure procedures are followed.
• Contribute to team development and encourage best practice.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and communication.
• Assist in technical training and support for less experienced staff.

The Workshop Controller will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, overseeing vehicle repairs, and supporting a dedicated team of technicians across a variety of vehicle types.

Duties

Requirements
