Job summary

Motus Commercials in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a team of HGV Technicians, Workshop Supervisors and Apprentices at our Shotton site. You will liaise with Service Advisors on daily planning, drive MOT pass rates and KPI performance, and handle customer queries while strengthening franchise partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of HGV technicians, workshop supervisors and apprentices.
• Strong planning and liaising with service advisors.
• Ability to meet MOT pass rate targets and KPIs.
• Excellent customer query handling and relationship building.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Experience in a workshop environment; DAF knowledge advantageous; motor trade experience.

Responsibilities
